Cancellations
All orders cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at full price.

Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are for in store use only, and not redeemable for cash. They are given via hard copy. 

To redeem in store, recipient must bring the voucher in. Vouchers can be used over multiple visits, deducting from the remaining amount at each visit until credit is used. 

Refund Policy
We take great pride and care in preparing food for your events. Should you however have an issue with the quality of any item, please return to store with your receipt and we will endeavour to replace the item.
